    This is a Virginia special license plate honoring the U.S. Military Academy at West Point.
    It is a properly stickered "natural." It does not appear to have been mounted but please check the photo carefully for manufacturing and/or handling defects. It is for display or collection only, not for use on  any vehicle. It has been expired for more than three years. I will do combined shipping on multiple items but please request an invoice before paying. I am listing other Virginia specials and have many other interesting plates.
