    Vintage Red Hand Hels Coca Cola Cooler With Raised White Lettering,Action Manuf.. Condition is "Used".
    This is old and has some dents,paint missing, and scratches. Looks like someone attempted a amateur reatoration years ago and painted the interior. Some of the silver paint spatter still on the outside and ran down the side. See pics. Why they would paint interior is beyond me. Its solid with no rot or no rust to cover up. And why they wouldnt clean the spatter is betond me. They also painted the cover edge see pics. I started scraping off with my fingernail.  Maybe some kid painted it.
    This was manufactured in Arkansas City Kansas.
