you could see the target  inside the little hole.. as if you are a patient inside the little hole
LITTLE MINITOR . you could barely see the screen but there is a screen and numbers. It might need to have some sore of contrast bottom to be adjust
might need just to be calibrated.. we don't know. we are not experts on this unit. we are just cleaning. of course some wear and tear.
