The high-output daylightbalanced compact fluorescent bulbs are ideally suited for digitalphotography and the daylight color eliminates the need for colorcorrection. They also have very low heat so they don't get hot like themore common photo bulb choices.
Continuous lighting uses aconstant light source to light your subject, meaning that your lightswill stay on during the entirety of your photo shoot. Continuouslighting is recommended for beginners.
