    Description

    CREATURE FROM THE BLACK LAGOON - 1954. Starring Richard Carlson, Julia Adams, and Richard Denning.  Ben Chapman played the Creature when filmed on land and also for publicity shots.  Ricou Browning played the Creature in the underwater scenes.  A professional diver and swimmer, Ricou was required to hold his breath for up to 4 minutes at a time for his underwater role as the Gill Man.  Both men were uncredited in the cast of the film.  Scene Card # 5.
