Automatic temperature compensation assures that Brix readings arent skewed by temperature variations.

    Details:
    To operate, open the prism and add at least two drops of solution directly onto the glass. Close the prism cover and point the meter into any light source. Adjust the eyepiece to bring the measurement clearly into focus.
